Whatever one’s situation or level of expertise, whatever one’s reason for coming to yoga, Satyananda yoga teachers aim to provide the students with the skills for the Art of Living in a simple and harmonious atmosphere and with consideration for the individual needs of each student. Satyananda yoga teachers are trained to the highest standard, with regular in-service training and assessment. The teaching diploma is recognised by Yoga Federation Ireland (YFI), Bihar School of Yoga (Satyananda Yoga) and the British Wheel of Yoga (BWY). These qualifications are approved and recognised worldwide.

Yogasutra

Yogasutra has been practicing yoga and meditation for more than 20 years and teaching since 1999. Her main training was in Galway Yoga, the Satyananda teacher training centre in Ireland, and since then she has spent time in Satyananda influenced ashrams and centres around the world, including the Bihar School of Yoga in Munger, and at Rikhia, the home of Swami Satyananda.

As well as the weekly classes, she has taught yoga in schools, yoga in the workplace, private classes and residential weekends.
