Yogasutra

Yogasutra has been practicing yoga and meditation for more than 20 years and teaching since 1999. Her main training was in Galway Yoga, the Satyananda teacher training centre in Ireland, and since then she has spent time in Satyananda influenced ashrams and centres around the world, including the Bihar School of Yoga in Munger, and at Rikhia, the home of Swami Satyananda. As well as the weekly classes, she has taught yoga in schools, yoga in the workplace, private classes and residential weekends.

Yogasutra hopes to respond to the needs of her students while ensuring that they get a good knowledge of the many practices of Satyananda yoga, allowing them to develop their own practice.

Yogabindu

Yogabindu, a yoga teacher for 22 years, has focused her teaching mostly on yoga during pregnancy and birth. Through her own experience with the official as well as personal side of pregnancy she has developed and adapted the yoga techniques which are most useful in the day to day experience during pregnancy. She also works with children.

Her early training was in Ireland but she has spent time in the Indian ashram and has travelled widely, continuing to add to her training as a teacher as well as her own personal growth.

Yogadhara

Sannyasi Yogadhara has been teaching Satyananda yoga for the last 20 years. She has received her training in the Greek ashram and also in India and Ireland. She is a warm and dedicated teacher. Yogadhara mostly teaches in Kenmare, but also has some classes in Cork. Please contact her directly for more information.
