Yoga and Meditation in the Workplace

Yoga and meditation in the workplace has the benefit of developing awareness and respect for yourself and others. It can contribute to a positive atmosphere where it is possible to deal calmly with situations as they arise, and where unhealthy stress is reduced. It also helps to keep one more aware and considerate of their physical needs throughout the working day.

We can offer early morning or lunchtime classes of yoga/meditation for management and staff in-house.

You just need a suitable space, and a minimum of 8 people who would like to commit to attend for 6 to 8 weeks.

Cost is negotiable depending on the number in the group.
